1. Acceptance of these terms
By using FutureCoupon, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement where you live, or have permission from a parent or guardian.
2. What FutureCoupon is
FutureCoupon is a free information service. We list coupon codes, deals and offers from third-party stores and publish guides about saving money. We are not the seller of any product or service shown on the site. We do not take orders or payments, and we are not a party to any purchase you make. Prices, delivery, returns, refunds, warranties and customer service are the responsibility of the store you buy from, under that store’s own terms.
3. Coupon accuracy
We review coupons before publishing them and hide coupons automatically once their listed end date passes. We check codes and deals, but we cannot guarantee that any code or offer will work, is still available or applies to your order. Stores can change or end promotions at any time, limit them to certain customers, products or regions, or apply minimum spends and other conditions.
Always check the final price and the store’s offer terms before you pay. If you find a coupon that is wrong or expired, please let us know through our contact page.
4. Third-party websites
The site links to websites we do not own or control, including stores and affiliate networks. When you follow these links you leave FutureCoupon, and the other website’s terms and privacy policy apply. We are not responsible for the content, products, services, security or practices of third-party websites.
5. Affiliate links
Some links on FutureCoupon are affiliate or referral links. If you buy something after clicking one, we may earn a commission from the store or affiliate network, at no extra cost to you. These links are marked as sponsored in our code. Full details are in our affiliate disclosure.
6. Your submissions
You can send us coupons and deals with the Submit Coupon button, and messages through our contact form. When you submit content:
- you confirm that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share it;
- you grant FutureCoupon a free, worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual licence to publish, edit, adapt and display it on the site and in our newsletter;
- you agree not to submit anything unlawful, misleading, defamatory, infringing, harmful or unrelated to the store, including fake codes, malware or links to unsafe sites;
- you agree not to include other people’s personal data, or private or confidential codes you are not allowed to share.
Every submission is reviewed. We may edit, reject or remove any submission at any time and for any reason, and we do not have to explain why. Submitting content does not create any payment or employment relationship.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of a store’s terms;
- send spam or automated submissions, or try to get around our spam protection and rate limits;
- scrape, copy or republish our content in bulk without permission;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or its data, or disrupt how it works;
- upload or link to viruses or other harmful code;
- impersonate any person or business, or misrepresent your connection with a store.
We may block access or remove content if we believe these terms have been broken.
8. Intellectual property
The design, text and original content of FutureCoupon belong to us or our licensors. You may view and share individual pages for personal, non-commercial use. Store names, logos and trademarks shown on the site belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the stores and their offers. Their use does not mean that a store endorses FutureCoupon or that we are connected with it, unless we say so.

9. Free trial offers
Free trials shown on FutureCoupon, including the IPTV trial on our free trial page, are provided by third parties. The trial form is supplied and processed by the provider, which sends the trial logins and sets the conditions, such as one trial per email address. The provider’s own terms and privacy policy apply. We do not control the trial service, its content or its availability, and we are not responsible for it. You are responsible for making sure you use any service lawfully where you live.

To the fullest extent the law allows, FutureCoupon will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, savings, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site, a coupon or offer that does not work, a purchase from a store, or a third-party website or service. Because the site is free, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us to use it, which is nothing.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
12. Changes to the site and these terms
We may change, suspend or stop any part of the site at any time. We may also update these terms. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when they were last changed. If you keep using the site after an update, you accept the new terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the operator’s place of business, unless the consumer protection law of the country where you live says otherwise. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
